Chair Yoga

Gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques that are suitable for beginners. Yoga can help improve your flexibility, restore your energy levels and calm your mind. This is not a strong physical workout and everyone is welcome. The teacher has had therapeutic training and is experienced in working with people with various conditions such as joint problems, heart conditions, lower back pain and osteoporosis. He is used to adapting the class to suit individual requirements.

Transport Guidance

Following consultation with carers, Carers in Hertfordshire have updated their policy on offering transport to their events. Carers told us we should not be spending more than £50 a journey for an individual, so we will be using this guidance in the future when considering transport options. We are happy to reimburse expenses incurred for using public transport to travel to an event.
