Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
A representative from Age UK will be coming along to talk about the services they offer, including things such as benefits advice, scams and LPA’s.
We will also be joined by a Carers Support Advisor, offering 1-1 support for questions you may have around your caring role.
