Care Towards the End of Life Course
Tuesday 4th March, 10.30am - 12pm A course, run with The Hospice of St Francis, for people who are coping with caring for somebody towards the end of their life. In this situation it is never too early to receive practical and emotional support. The course will cover introductions and difficult conversations, benefits and finance, community nursing, legal matters, funeral planning, and wellbeing and caring for carers. Before the course, the facilitators from The Hospice of St Francis will contact you for a brief discussion about your caring role and what you would like to get out of the course. We will therefore need your consent to share your name and contact details with them before booking your place. If you do get a space a confirmation email will be sent to you containing a link to confirm your consent.
