Carer Engagement Network: Older People

Wednesday 27th November 2024, 10am to 11.30am. An Age Friendly community works to remove barriers that can make aging harder. We will be joined by the Age Friendly Communities Lead who will deliver a presentation on the eight key areas covering physical and social issues to make life safer, happier, and healthier for older people. There will also be time for a Q&A session and an opportunity to understand how you could become more involved in this initiative.

    Please note: this meeting is for carers of someone aged 65 and over.

    This Carer Engagement Network is for unpaid carers who wish to Have their Say to improve the Health and Social Care Services for the people they care for. Each meeting will focus on topics and issues that are current for you and we will aim to work together to create solutions to the issues you face whilst working with Herts County Council.
