Come along to this free drop-in session to enjoy a cuppa and find out about services, information and advice to help you with your caring role.
Run by Carers in Hertfordshire and local GP surgeries, it’s a great opportunity to book a Carer’s Health Check too! This is like an NHS Health Check but is about looking after you as a carer.
We’ll be meeting monthly on the second Wednesday of the month. This month, there will be a Carer Support Advisor present to offer one-to-one advice.
No need to book – just turn up on the day.
