  Would you like to learn more about a new initiative helping to get ready for paid employment?

  First Steps To Employment is a government funded pilot program currently being rolled out in conjunction with the Adult Disability team, across Hertfordshire. The programme is to support those with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.

  The programme includes:

  • Careers advice & guidance
  • Building your CV
  • Looking for work
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Improve your confidence
  • Getting ready to start work
  • Money management
  • Travel training
  • Digital skills

  This is an opportunity to hear more about the scheme from those directly running it and hopefully hear from someone who has taken part then join us on. There will be a chance for you to ask any other questions you have on the day.
