Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
This month we will have a short walk before the meeting for those who would like to join. If you would like to participate in the walk please arrive at 10am so we can ensure we are back at the cafe for an 11am start.
Please note this months meeting is in a different location.
