    Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

    A member of the REMAP will be joining us to talk about their charity they provide custom-made equipment, free of charge for people with disabilities.

     

    Parking advice: Please bring change for parking meters on nearby streets around  Cemetery Hill or utilise the neighbouring Water Gardens carpark.

     

    Additional Informal Meeting (organised by carers):  on 4th Wednesday of each month at 11am at the Green Man pub, Leverstock Green. A get together/chat. All welcome.
