Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
An NHS Nutrition Support Worker will be visiting the group to talk about the benefits of a healthy diet and how things can change as we get older, including discussing malnutrition and why this can lead to certain health problems including falls and depression.
Parking advice: Please bring change for parking meters on nearby streets around Cemetery Hill or utilise the neighbouring Water Gardens carpark.
Additional Informal Meeting (organised by carers): on 4th Wednesday of each month at 11am at the Green Man pub, Leverstock Green. A get together/chat. All welcome.
