Thursday 27th February, 1.30pm - 2.30pm Hertfordshire’s Age-Friendly Community Initiative Presentation (For carers of older people) ONLINE: Thursday 27th February 2025 – 1.30-2.30pm We would like to invite you to learn more about Hertfordshire’s ‘Age Friendly Communities Initiative’ and to offer you the chance for you as a carer to Have your Say on how to improve the Health and Social Care Services for the people you care for. An age friendly community is a supportive environment where individuals can enjoy a healthy and fulfilling later life. Hertfordshire’s Age Friendly Communities Initiative is a collaborative project working to remove barriers that can make aging harder. There will be a presentation on Hertfordshire’s Age Friendly Community Initiative and there will be the chance to discuss topics and issues that are current and important to you.
