Herts County Council 0-25 Together Talk

Wednesday 5th March, 10.30am - 12pm This event provides an opportunity for carers to learn about the 0 – 25 service, how to navigate around and will address common themes and issues. Nicola will give an overview of work between Children and Adults, differences and development work they are doing. There will be an opportunity for questions.
