Introduction to Tai Chi Course

4 week course on Wednesdays from 18th September to 9th October 2024, 2pm to 3pm. Tai Chi has developed from the ancient practice of Qigong, bringing the mind and body together in harmony, with slow, flowing movements and a deep, quiet, focused attention. It is an excellent way to maintain good health and relaxation and helps to strengthen the system at all levels. The principles of Tai Chi can be applied to everyday life to use the mind and body effectively and to look after ourselves in the broadest sense. It brings together aspects of meditation, oriental healing, relaxation, self defence and stress management.
