FULL: Let’s Start The Conversation Workshop

Tuesday 29th April 2025, 10.30am to 12.30pm We would like to invite you to a 2-hour online workshop to help start the conversation about planning decisions and end of life care.  During this online workshop you will learn more about Advance Care Planning and what to include e.g. end of life wishes and preferences, Lasting Power of Attorney, Decision to Refuse Treatment, as well as receive tips to help you start the conversation. Talking about death and dying can be hard but avoiding it can be even harder. At this workshop you will also have the space to share your own thoughts and stories, and the opportunity to ask questions and learn from each other.
