Mindful Lunch

Thursday 1st August 2024, 12pm noon to 12.30pm. When was the last time you really savoured your food? Slow down and join us for a mindful midday break. We will contemplate the food in front of us and guide you through the practice of mindful eating. By paying attention to the physical experience of eating, we can better appreciate our food and become more aware of when we are hungry or full. You will need something to eat and drink.
