Thursday 27th March 2025, 7.15pm to 9.15pm Enjoy a tour of Bayfordbury Observatory with the University of Hertfordshire. The visit takes the form of a talk/workshop, a planetarium show, and a tour of the telescopes with potential to use them, weather permitting. During Spring/Summer months, we will be using the Solar telescopes to view the Sun when it is above the horizon, and the regular telescopes to view the Moon and planets when visible. During Winter months, we will be aiming to view the Moon and any visible planets along with other interesting objects. The facilities are wheelchair accessible.
