Wednesday 9th April 2025, 7pm to 7.30pm. Join us for a unique self-care class where you will take part in a combination of gentle breathing exercises to ground and relax, guided face yoga that will soften wrinkles and boost circulation followed by a self face massage to release tension and stress on the face. The aim of the session is for all participants to have a positive impact by empowering yourself by learning something new that will benefit your overall wellbeing, improve your facial appearance and help you feel better and more confident about yourself.
