Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
We will be joined by a Carer Support Advisor who can offer 1-1 support for any questions you may have about your caring role. They will also be giving an short overview of what support is available through the NHS, including some top tips when dealing with appointments with health professionals and navigating the inpatient hospital journey while supporting someone as their carer.
