Winter Wellbeing

Monday 13th January 2025, 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Rest and restore your energy with this Winter Wellbeing Taster Workshop, featuring yoga practices adapted for the mid-Winter season. We will learn a gentle joint yoga practice to mobilise joints, enjoy a restorative relaxation practice and explore ideas and tips for protecting your energy and immunity through mid-winter. Chair yoga alternatives will be offered so attendees can practice whilst seated, if preferred.
