We support all young carers, whatever you’re going through.
From mindfulness & nature walks, to Young Carer Residentials and Conferences, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Join a group of other young carers to discuss the things that affect your life and have your say on important issues that affect Young Carers.
If you care for someone and are aged 16 – 25, you are a Young Adult Carer. This still means you can get support from the Young Carers team until your 19th birthday, at which point you can start accessing support from the adult team at Carers in Hertfordshire. However, if you are already 18 when you are first referred to us then it will make more sense for you to go directly to the adult team. You can find out more about being a Young Adult Carer here.
